The test system is developed to automate functional testing, firmware programming, and validation of Battery Management System (BMS) boards and assemblies.

  • Cell balancing of BMS by varying individual cell voltage.
  • Charge /Discharge verification of BMS under different cell
    voltages and temperatures.

  • Battery cell simulators to provide 28 cell voltages with
    individual voltage control.
  • DAQ with multiplexer units to measure test point voltages.
  • I2C/CAN communication to read board voltages and
    temperatures.

  • Automated firmware download using J-link programmers.
