Project Scope

- Automated UUT validation.
- Every channel to test and observe UUT efficiency for the loads.
  - Rated load.
  - Programmable loads.
  - Short circuit.
  - Short circuit between the same-rated channels. (e.g., a 3A channel will be looped with another 3A channel).

Challenge

Single Software Architecture (LabVIEW Application) to validate all channels.
A single test that validates the path of all 25 channels under different loads (loads can sink from 3A to 200A).
There are no instruments to measure the current from 3 A to 200 A.

Solution

SSR and contactors for connecting the channels to different loads based on the rating.
LabVIEW software to interface with programmable loads, a programmable DC supply, and a DMM.
LEM sensors to measure the high current.
